What BluePIN collects
We collect the information needed to create and protect your account, manage parking bookings, show parking locations, process support requests, and keep the service reliable. This can include your name, email address, phone number, profile photo, address, parking space details, location-related searches, booking history, and payment transaction references.
How the information is used
Your data is used to sign you in, verify phone and email updates, display available parking spaces, complete bookings, contact you about your account, prevent abuse, and improve app reliability. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by BluePIN.
Services used by the app
BluePIN uses Firebase services for authentication, database storage, file storage, cloud functions, notifications, and app integrity checks. The app also uses Google Maps for map and location features and Stripe for payment processing.
Your choices
You can update profile details from the app. For account deletion, data access, or privacy questions, contact BluePIN support using the support details provided in the Play Store listing or app settings
Security
We use authentication, verified contact changes, Firebase security rules, and app integrity checks to protect user accounts and service data. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, so only share information required for using the service.
